The AGENT Ballistic Vest Rescue Task Force (RTF) Kit, formerly known as the ELSA (Emergency Life-Saving Armor) RTF Kit, is an innovative, lightweight, compact AGENT Armor Carrier System incorporating soft armor protection and a bleeding control kit all contained in a small, discreet soft-sided briefcase. The medical pouch includes essential trauma equipment to provide immediate point-of-wounding care to injured casualties in accordance to Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) guidelines.

The AGENT RTF Kit is ideal to store in vehicle compartments or passenger spaces. It quickly and easily transforms into a customizable, mission-configurable soft armor carrier system with a bleeding control kit all in one swift pull of the zipper.

Ruggedly constructed of highly durable, Berry Amendment compliant 1,000 Denier CORDURA and the latest GhillieTEX hardware. Featuring padded shoulder straps and adjustment points at both the shoulders and waist to ensure maximum comfort and a secure fit. It also includes generous MOLLE coverage on the front and back as well as two 4 in. x 10 in. hook and loop agency ID placards. Each carrier features two integrated armor pouches that accommodate 14 in. x 11 in. Level IIIA soft armor (included).
