Description

The FlareAlert Weighted Base is a metal plate that adheres to the magnetic base of the Beacon/Beacon Pro.  This accessory is primary used to anchor the flare to prevent it from blowing away during a helicopter landing.  It can also be used in combination with the Cone Adaptor to create the Ground Stand.

The Weighted Base is not needed to hold the flares in place on the roadside.  The Beacon/Beacon Pros have a very low profile and will not blow away from highway traffic.
